One of the housemates representing Zimbabwe in the ongoing BBA – The Chase, Pokello Nare has been hit by a sèx tape scandal a few days after she entered the BBA house.
According to Peacefmonline.com investigations, the said s*x tape was acted and recorded by Pokello and her boyfriend Desmond Chideme also known as Stunner who is popular urban grooves artiste.
Stunner is famous for his role in a leaked s*x tape in which he had s*x with his socialite girlfriend Pokello Nare. In the video, he is seen having s*x without protection with the girl that he is not married to. The ‘Godo’ hit maker also went public as he got circumcised in a bid to promote education on HIV/AIDS and how to prevent the Aids scourge.

Apparently the s*x tape was reportedly shot at his Avondale home with his girlfriend Pokello Nare. Desmond Chideme is his actual name and he’s a “Zimbabwean urban groover” – probably why we can’t find the tape because it would be hosted on a foreign site and written in another language – if popularity arises then we will seek further for the tape.
Harare-born Pokello has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Communications and owns a luxury shoe boutique. She enjoys pasta, spaghetti bolognaise and prawn cocktail.
She describes herself as “dynamic, captivating, intelligent, beautiful & hilarious” and says that the best thing about her is that she’s head-strong and a woman of real substance. “When I speak, I speak with depth and confidence,” she says. She admires people who are selfless and filled with humility and modesty, disliking disloyalty and betrayal.
sex_tape_zim2Asked what viewers can expect from her, she says: “I am beautiful, intelligent, controlling and entertaining. I am funny and witty and I say the most humorous things.
Pokello says if she wins the USD 300 000, she’ll buy a big house for her son and herself, send him to a full-time soccer academy in London and invest in her business.

Woman Delivers Her Baby After Two Years Of Pregnancy

When Mrs. Prisca Ashiegbu struggled with her husband and finally got pregnant after seven years of fervent prayers to God for the fruit of the womb, she never imagined that she would have to go through so much sufferings and pain, waiting another two years before she eventually “pushed” the baby out.
2_yr_pregThe nine years of childless marriage to her husband, Henry, was rough but the agony was forgotten when she was delivered of her “miracle baby” on February 2, 2013.
Married in January 2004, the couple who hail from Abazu village in Imo State was not so anxious about having a child in the first year of the marriage. However, they stated their journey of praying and waiting on God by the second year.
For many years, they went from one hospital to another searching for a solution to their childlessness and it was during one of such hospital visits that a scan revealed that Prisca had fibroid.
The doctors said the only solution was for Prisca to undergo surgery but the stories the couple heard about having surgery to remove fibroid didn’t encourage them to go on with the treatment.
“I have always had this phobia of going for surgery especially when it concerns fibroid. I have heard a lot of stories and the stories were not good. Many women had lost their lives in the process and we didn’t know where to go and who to trust. Some other stories we heard were that if one does not conceive within three months after removing the fibroid, it will grow back. I didn’t want my wife to go for the surgery because I had already made up my mind that I’ll rather remain childless than lose my wife to the ailment,” Henry, the husband said.
He further stated that in the search for a solution, they spent a lot of money. “We went to several hospitals and they all said the same thing. We were thinking of the best option that will help reduce the size of the fibroid and hope that pregnancy will occur. We went to a hospital in Abuja and were told that the fibroid could not even be operated upon at the level it was. My wife had to take injection that cost N35,000 each for a period of three months to reduce the size of the fibroid,” Henry added, stressing that when this too failed, they resorted to traditional medicine and were referred to a woman in Gwagwalada, who treated his wife following which she conceived.
He told Leadership that the joy of the pregnancy was cut short when several scans did not reveal the presence of a baby growing in his wife.
“There were physical changes to suggest that she was pregnant but everywhere we went to, they kept telling us what they could see was the fibroid and not a baby but the case was different for the traditional medicine practitioners who confirmed that she was indeed pregnant. The baby, according to the woman, who treated my wife was growing alongside the fibroid. The woman continued her treatment trying to reduce the size of the fibroid so that the baby will mature because the fibroid was delaying the growth of the foetus and when it was nine months, Prisca who is a teacher by profession applied for a maternity leave.
“The situation we were in is better imagined. I resumed and people were asking me how my baby was and I told them the baby was okay. But after three months, my stomach was still big and people became suspicious, with some wondering if I was pregnant again. In fact one of my students asked me if I was pregnant again,” Prisca said.
The couple was in a dilemma. They could not go for surgery as the doctors had not confirmed that the woman was pregnant while those who had confirmed the pregnancy did not have the requisite knowledge and equipment to operate on her. They resorted to prayers, hoping that a miracle should happen.
Prisca’s sister, Mrs. Justina Amadi, told them of a woman in Aba who could help them and when they got there, the woman who also works in a clinic examined her and told her that she felt the baby but when Prisca went for a scan in the same clinic, the baby was not seen.
From Aba, Henry, a staff of the Embassy of Iran, said they headed for Port Harcourt, where they had been told about a woman who was pregnant for one year and nine months and found her solution.
“Early December 2012, we went to Owerri. It was a woman who was a friend to my wife’s sister who directed us to Port Harcourt. She told us that if she had delivered after a year and nine months pregnancy, my wife should have faith that she too will deliver. She directed us to the person who helped her when everyone had given up,” Henry said, adding that after some initial challenges, they were able to locate the traditional medicine practitioner, who examined his wife and confirmed that there was a baby and the baby was still alive.
“She said because the fibroid was sharing space with the baby, the baby wasn’t mature so she will have to place me on treatment for one month and give me medicine that will make the fibroid shrink and give the baby space to grow. This was happening in December, 2012. We started the treatment and we saw progress,” Prisca narrated, adding that after one month, the woman told her she could come for delivery as the baby would have been mature by then.
We went there on a Monday and on Tuesday, I continued with the exercise. I started dancing all kinds of dance steps including those I danced as a child. Everyone was calling, they were worried. She later gave me another drug and after I took it, I started purging. Around 12.30pm, she told me that it was time. I didn’t even feel any labour pains and within a period of 15 minutes, the baby was born. My sister was crying. It was really a miracle,” she said.
The birth of Emmanuel Ebubechukwu, the miracle baby, brought joy to his parents. They have taken their experience as a way God wanted to use them to help and encourage other people in similar situations.

SEE Will Smith's Son Take Kim Kardashian's Sister Out On A Date - the true story

With his growing fame and self-confident appearance, it is easy to forget just how young Jaden Smith is.
But despite his adult attitude the film star is just 14, a fact that onlookers were reminded of as he donned an Iron Man suit to take his friend Kylie Jenner out for the day on Wednesday.
While she was dressed up to look older than her 15-years in a leopard print dress, heeled boots and a full face of make-up, her friend indulged his childish side.

The pair were spotted leaving the very adult Nobu 57 restaurant in New York , with Jaden  dressed in a copycat of the shiny suit that Robert Downey Jr.'s character wears in the action series.
Smith reportedly bought the outfit that day and decided to play around with it immediately, despite dining at one of the most exclusive and hippest sushi chains around.
However, as the son of Hollywood stars Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, and the daughter of Bruce and Kris Jenner, the young couple can do pretty much anything they want and it will be considered cool  by their fans.

The perfect pair were first seen together when Kylie watched aspiring musician Jaden perform as one of the opening acts for Justin Bieber at his London concert in March, and they have been openly dating ever since.

After being friends long before it became romantic, Jaden already seemed smitten with his older woman as he explained how they first met.
'I was in LA, we were all hanging out. Then I went to New York and she came too, then she came here and surprised me, so that's pretty baller,' the Karate Kid star revealed in the May issue of Wonderland magazine.
'She's one of my best friends. It's pretty awesome,' he gushed.

While has he nothing but positive things to say about Kim Kardashian's younger half-sister, his father Will balked at being compared to the highly-publicized family.
'For our family, the entire structure of our life, our home, our business relationships - the entire purpose is for everyone to be able to create in a way that makes them happy,' the Men In Black actor explained to Vulture writer Claire Hoffman when she asked if the families were similar in regards to Jaden and Kylie's budding relationship.
'Fame is almost an inconsequential by-product of what we’re really trying to accomplish,' explained the Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air star.
'We are trying to put great things into the world, we’re trying to have fun, and we’re trying to become the greatest versions of ourselves in the process of doing things we love.

'So the idea of fame or exploitation or orchestrating the media is sometimes even less than desirable for us.'
The Oscar nominated actor might be trying to distance himself from the Kardashians, but his children seem more than eager to hang out with them.
Daughter Willow Smith followed in her brother's footsteps on Tuesday by enjoying some girl time with Kylie.
The pair were joined by four other gal pals, including Stephen Baldwin's daughter Hailey, who all met up to pick up some pizza at a cheap and cheerful eatery in New York's West Village.

Man Found Dead In House Full Of Snakes

Police looking for a missing man were shocked to find him dead in his home — surrounded by over forty giant snakes.

photo
Many of the reptiles, including a 30ft anaconda and four 35ft pythons, were slithering free around the decomposing body when police entered snake fan Heiko Rieder's apartment in Straubing, Germany.
A fire service spokesman said: "At least one was as thick as a human thigh."
Worried colleagues alerted police after the 40-year-old caretaker failed to turn up to work for a week.
It is thought he died from a heart attack while feeding his pets.
Experts believe he was only saved from being eaten as he was too WIDE to be swallowed whole.
photo
Reptile centre boss Markus Baur, now caring for the snakes, said: "They probably didn't eat him for two reasons. One, they prefer their prey alive to start with.
"And two, they like to eat their prey whole and the average European adult is just too long and wide for that."

In total, 46 snakes, some in tanks, were recovered from the property.
A police spokesman said: "His body decomposed rapidly because of the heat coming from the snakes' terrariums. There don't appear to be any suspicious circumstances."

I Won't Romance and Kiss In Any Movie Again ––Actress Dakore

Although some pretend not to know this fact, but with marriage comes a higher level of responsibility for a lady and it is expected that some of the things you freely do as a single lady should be appraised and those that are going to cause "wahala" in your marriage should be drop.

Sexy actress Dakore Egbusan, who got marriage to the son of a Billionaire, Harry Akande, has realised this and will do everything to save her sweet marriage. Below is what she said:
“I have to consider my husband before taking any role these days. I will not do romantic roles as I used to back in the day. Though, if I saw a role that is good and positive, maybe I could act. I am now a new Dakore and not the old Dakore people used to know because I am coming into a new era in my career.
"I am now a mother and a wife. I just have to be more discerning about the movies that I embark upon.”But did her Billionaire father-in-law stopped her from acting before? She said it's not true:
“At this stage we are all grown up and we all know that life is not the way it was when we were growing up so women often have to work and earn a living. But aside the financial aspect, I also love what I do. I never retired from Nollywood and my husband never barred me from acting.”

2015: Lamido/Amaechi Posters Flood Abuja

PRESIDENTIAL campaign posters featuring Jigawa State governor, Alhaji Sule Lamido, and his Rivers State counterpart, Rotimi Amaechi, surfaced in the Federal Capital Territory on Wednesday thus signalling an interesting twist to the 2015 elections.

photo PRESIDENTIAL campaign posters featuring Jigawa State governor, Alhaji Sule Lamido, and his Rivers State counterpart, Rotimi Amaechi, surfaced in the Federal Capital Territory on Wednesday thus signalling an interesting twist to the 2015 elections.
The coloured posters, versions of which had been reportedly sighted earlier in Kaduna and Niger states, bear portraits of Lamido and Amaechi in a joint ticket campaign posture.
By the way, the two governors had at various times denied nursing such ambitions.
Our correspondents sighted a number of these posters along major highways especially in satellite towns and on flyovers in parts of the Federal Capital Territory.
Some of the posters, seen pasted along the Abuja-Gwarimpa-Kubwa Expressway, had the inscription “2015: Vote for Lamido/Amaechi ticket.”
The Peoples Democratic Party had on Monday suspended Amaechi, citing anti-party activities. The suspension came barely two days after Amaechi won a re-election as Chairman of the Nigerian Governors’ Forum, a post which the party had warned him not to contest.
He won against Plateau State Governor, Jonah Jang, said to be a favourite of the Presidency and leaders of the PDP.
Amaechi had described the suspension by the PDP National Working Committee as a political witch-hunt which he said showed the “desperation of Abuja people.”
He said the PDP gave him no fair hearing and that his suspension by the party was politically-motivated.
The Rivers governor on Tuesday asked the people of his state to pray for him, saying his life was in danger.
He had said, “The way these people at the federal level are desperate, they may come after my life; so when you pray, remember to pray for me to remain alive. Now, you see political witch-hunt. It is so ridiculous; my party must rise above political witch-hunt,” the governor said during an interactive session with the youths of the state.
The outcome of the NGF election has been mired in controversy with both Amaechi and Governor of Plateau State Jonah Jang, claiming victory.
Already, one of the governors from the northern part of the country, who spoke in confidence to some journalists in Abuja on Tuesday, said he and his colleagues were not moved with threats to either suspend or expel them from the party.
He said it would be wrong for the leadership of the party to claim ignorance of the law as stipulated in the PDP constitution concerning the party’s NEC.
The governor said he and his colleagues knew that one of the problems Amaechi had with the party was his presiding over PDP governors’ meetings, where the state chief executives demanded the convening of the NEC meeting.

SEXUAL PROBLEMS OF FEMALES AND WAY OUT

1. She has lots of close male friends - A significant number of affairs begin as close friendships with members of the opposite séx. The relationship may be platonic at the beginning, but chances are, it won’t stay that way. The closer the woman is to her platonic male friend, the more likely it is that he will eventually end up becoming her lover – unless he’s gay.
2. She has girlfriends who are cheating on their mates. - Never underestimate the power of peer pressure. Adults are susceptible to it, too. If a woman has one or more close female friends who are cheating on their husbands or boyfriends, she may eventually start cheating, too.
3. She has an excessive need for attention. – A woman who constantly craves attention may cheat on her mate if she feels she’s not getting enough attention from him. She will be easy prey for any man who showers with her the attention she feels she deserves.
4. She’s materialistic. - A materialistic woman is likely to have an affair with a wealthy man because of the material things he can provide. She can easily be seduced with jewelry, designer clothes, lavish vacations, or the cash to buy these and other expensive things.
5. She views séx as a statement of her femininity. - Her identity as a woman is tied to how many men she sleeps with. Seducing men to sleep with her is the focal point of her life. With this mental attitude, it’s hard for her to stay faithful to just one man.
6. She’s a thrill seeker or a risk taker. - If she’s the type who likes to live dangerously, she’ll cheat just for the thrill of it, or for the excitement of doing something forbidden, or for the challenge of seeing if she can pull it off without getting caught. She views infidelity as other people would view a high-risk sport.
7. She’s easily bored. – woman who is easily bored, or who leads a dull, routine life may cheat on her mate just to alleviate her boredom or add some excitement to her life.

8. She has been cheated on by her mate. – If a woman’s husband or boyfriend has cheated on her, she may try to even the score by cheating on him in return. Many women who have been victims of infidelity will indulge in retaliatory cheating or have revenge affairs.
9. She likes being the center of attention. – If a woman thrives on being the center of attention at all times, she is séxually vulnerable to any man who fawns over her, or makes her feel like she’s #1
10. She’s addicted to alcohol or drugs. – Women who are substance abusers are much more likely to end up cheating on their mates. Female alcoholics are susceptible to infidelity because their inhibitions will be lowered and their judgment impaired. Female drug addicts may sell their bodies for drugs. Either type of woman is likely to cheat without realizing what she’s doing.
11. She has a reputation as a “party girl.” - If she’s the type of woman who runs with a fast crowd, or parties all the time, or hangs out until the wee hours of the night, her lifestyle makes her vulnerable to having an affair.
12. She’s a séx addict. - Women can be séx addicts, too. It’s an addiction that affects at least 6% of the American population. In the past these women were referred to as nymphomaniacs. This is a medical condition that requires professional medical help.
13. She has a séx drive greater than her partner’s. – If her séx drive greatly exceeds the séx drive of her husband or boyfriend, or her spouse or significant other is lacking in bedroom skills, she’s much more likely to cheat on her mate. She’ll find another man to make up for her mate’s deficiency.
14. She’s had lots of séxual experience. - If she has led a very active séx life, or has had lots of séx partners before settling down, she will find it extremely difficult to stay faithful to just one man.
15. She cheated before and got away with it. - That old saying “ Once a cheater, always a cheater will apply if she cheated in the past and didn’t suffer any negative consequences as a result of her infidelity. If she cheated before and didn’t get caught, she’s more likely to cheat again. The same applies if she cheated and her man readily forgave her without holding her accountable for her infidelity.
16. She has a big ego. - If she’s extremely egotistic, any man who feeds her inflated ego can easily get her into bed.
17. She suffers from low self esteem. - The opposite characteristic is also a danger sign. If she suffers from low-self esteem, she will be easy prey for the man who flatters her, makes her feel good about herself, and boosts her self esteem.

18. She views séx as a game. In her mind, séx is not connected to love. Séx is just a game in which she gets points for every man she beds. Even though she may be in love with her partner, she’ll have séx with as many men as possible so she can gain the maximum number of points and win the game.
The more of the above categories your wife or girlfriend fits into, the more likely it is that she will cheat on you.

Two Men Use Magical Ring To Gang rápe A 19yr Old Student In Ibadan

Two young men have been remanded in Agodi Prison by an Ibadan Magistrate Court for allegedly using a magical ring to abduct and gang-ràpe a 19-year-old secondary school girl in Ibadan.
The two suspects, according to a police source, were charged with conspiracy, ràpe and stealing of a Blackberry phone belonging to the victim. The ràpe victim said she closed from school at Wofun Iyana Church, and was accosted by the suspects who insisted she should follow them to their residence.
But, when she refused, one of them allegedly used a magical ring to hit her on the chest and she was unconscious. “There is a boy who was not my boy friend. He was a student in that school about two years ago. His name is Biola.
He had wanted to date me several times which I politely turned down. Just last Wednesday, when I closed from school, Biola came to me in company of two unidentified boys and said his mum wanted to see me. “‘I asked him what led to the invitation by his mum. I then told him I would not go. Then, one of the two other guys who had a ring on his hand hit me on the chest and I was unconscious. They took me to the residence of one of the two boys and ràped me. “Before raping me, they gave me alcoholic drink and after the crime had been committed, they gave me ‘covenant water’ threatening me that I would die if I told anybody of the act.”
A top policeman who claimed anonymity because he was not instructed to speak, confirmed the story, saying: “On May 15 at 0815 hours, one Adekola living on Akanbi Street, Molade area of Ibadan reported that his younger sister and a secondary school student went to school and did not return home. All efforts to trace her proved abortive. “Then about 23:00hours, an unanimous caller called through the victim’s GSM number and identified himself as kidnapper and demanded N6,000. The DCO led other policemen and the victim was rescued.” She was unconscious and was rushed to a nearby hospital. She later narrated how she was kidnapped and gang-ràped by three persons. Two arrests have been made while the third suspect is still at large. The two suspects have been charged to court.”

How Laide Bakare Used Ex-Hubby To Obtain American Green Card

Some days ago, fans of Nigerian actress, Laide Bakare, were surprised to learn that her marriage has crashed. The news came to them as a rude shock because such was never envisaged.

We can authoritatively inform you that Laide's marriage to US-based Olumide Okufulire crashed over nine months before she made the issue public days ago. The actress had successfully kept the secret of her troubled marriage from the press, save for few people, who were aware of the ugly development.

Information at our disposal has it that Laide switched her love from Okunfulire early after securing an American green card, which qualified her for some social benefits in the USA.
photo

Our findings revealed that Okunfulire, a resident of Baltimore, Maryland in the US, filed for green cards for Laide and Simisola (their daughter), which were eventually granted when the American government confirmed that Okunfulire was legally married to the actress.

When the application was approved, Laide and her daughter, Simisola, travelled to America in 2012, and landed in Baltimore to join Olumide.

“Laide only used Olumide (Okunfulire) to obtain an American green card,” a competent source told us, adding that, “she only wanted to get that (American green card) and dump the poor man.”

“These [Nollywood] actresses can be desperate and can do anything to get whatever they want. It is very unfortunate that Olumide became a victim of Laide's deceit,” the source further said.

Speaking further, our source alleged that, “Laide was not faithful to him (Okunfulire), she was always giving one excuse or the other whenever she went outside their matrimonial home. She would always say, 'I am on a movie location.'

“Trust me, Tunde (Oriowo, Laide's new husband) will get a share of Laide's 'excuses', you will say I said so in future, just wait and see.”

We were unable to get Laide to speak on the allegations as at press time. Her publicist declined to speak to us, when we contacted him on the matter

Photo: Nigerian Girl Emerges 1st PhD Pharmacy Graduate In UK University

The 27-year-old Nigerian, Dr. Bahijja Raimi-Abraham, made history by becoming the first graduate of Pharmacy from the University of East Anglia, Norwich, United Kingdom, to be awarded a PhD in Pharmacy. She shares her experience with Olabisi Deji-Folutile in this online interview.
Were you born in the UK?
I was born in Lagos, Nigeria in April 1985 and left Nigeria at the age of six when my family returned to the UK – my parents had lived and studied in the UK previous to that.

After completing my primary school education in London, I attended secondary school in North Wales, Penrhos College – where my mother and her sisters also were educated; and following my GCSEs I returned to London for sixth form when I studied and passed the Advanced Level examinations (A – levels) in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Drama.
From where did you obtain your first degree?
I was accepted to read Pharmacy at the University of East Anglia – the University had just opened its School of Pharmacy and I was among the first intake of Pharmacy students.
The course was of four years in duration and led to the award of the MPharm degree. Following this, I applied to, and was accepted by Guy’s and St Thomas’s Hospital in central London to undergo my Pharmacy Pre-registration year. After passing my Pre-registration exams and attaining full status as a Pharmacist, I was invited by my alma mater, University of East Anglia, to apply and study for a Doctorate in Pharmaceutics.
How many students registered for the PhD programme?
To the best of my knowledge, there were seven of us in the School of Pharmacy at the University of East Anglia (UEA) when I started my PhD course in October 2008.
Were you also among the first set of students to register for PhD in the university?
No. UEA has been in existence for almost 50 years – it was established in 1963 and has produced PhD graduates for a number of years. The School of Pharmacy at UEA was opened to accept its first intake of Pharmacy undergraduates in 2003. I was among the first cohort of Pharmacy undergraduates to be admitted to the university that year. Approximately 90 of us were accepted for Pharmacy, and approximately 50 of us graduated with the award of MPharm (Masters Degree in Pharmacy) in 2007. I am however, the first graduate of The School of Pharmacy at UEA to be awarded a PhD.
I consider this an achievement for myself no doubt, as well as for my family, the School of Pharmacy at UEA, as well as an achievement for Nigeria – the land of my birth!
What are your experiences in the course of your study?
Overall my experiences have been positive. Of course, studying Pharmacy and then pursuing a PhD has not been easy, both with their own challenges and different learning outcomes. I have always tried to study areas that I have had a natural interest in. For example, during my A-Level studies I thoroughly enjoyed Chemistry and on advice from my mother, I decided to study Pharmacy at university level.
At the start of the second year of my undergraduate degree I decided I wanted to pursue the highest form of education and had a meeting with the then head of school and another member of the faculty (both later became my PhD supervisors) to discuss the requirement to study a PhD. Although my experiences have been positive, there have also been some challenges. But through it all, I’ve had the support of my lecturers and my family which motivated me to achieve. My study of Pharmacy instilled discipline in me as a professional – this discipline gained as a result of becoming a Pharmacist stood me in good stead as I embarked on my PhD course.
What are some of the challenges that blacks encounter in the UK?
Challenges encountered by blacks in the UK are as wide and as varied as you can imagine – because as with all other individual experiences, one must try to refrain from generalising. For me, my life in the UK has generally been positive. However one of the major challenges is the issue of stereotyping…a problem that, I suppose, can be faced anywhere in the world. Stereotyping leads to presumptions which often take a while to deconstruct.
For example, working as a locum Pharmacist I have had experiences when patients come into the pharmacy and speak to my white health care assistant first – somewhat assuming that perhaps I’m the health care assistant while the white member of staff is the pharmacist (and overall manager of the pharmacy on a given day!). I have had to be assertive – perhaps more than I would have had to be if I wasn’t black; assertive in ensuring that I am considered and respected in the workplace.
What are your personal experiences?
As I’ve said previously, my personal experiences have generally been positive. I attended primary school in London from the age of six and then for secondary school I attended a fee-paying boarding school in North Wales where I was athlete of the year for three consecutive years. I was also a member of the school netball and swimming teams; then sixth-form college in London for my A levels before attending University of East Anglia to study Pharmacy.
I also played netball for my university. Prior to starting my PhD I worked at Guy’s and St Thomas’Hospital in London for my Pharmacy Pre-registration year. During my entire educational life I would say that I’ve been fortunate to have met some extremely supportive people. In general, I’ve learnt life is what you make it – always do something that is natural to you and that you enjoy because if applied correctly, you will excel in it.
What is the population of blacks to whites in your school?
In my PhD group I was the only black student in a group of seven white people of mixed nationality.
Are there cases of lecturers victimising students there?
To the best of my knowledge there was no serious case of victimisation from lecturers. UEA has a robust complaints/grievance procedure which all students are made aware of.
What words of encouragement do you have for young people in your shoes either at home or abroad?
I would say to young people both at home and abroad that education is indeed the key to a myriad of life-changing opportunities. It is important to get a first degree so that you always have something to fall back on.
The choice of whether or not to progress to Masters degree level or indeed to Doctorate level can be made once the first hurdle is in sight or indeed after it has been achieved. Stay positive about life in general. Good things come to those who wait – don’t try and “grow old” before your time.
What are your plans for the future? Do you intend to return to Nigeria?
I plan to pursue a career in academia. I also plan to explore and avail myself of all the opportunities that are put before me. Included in this plan is my wish to make a contribution towards the development of pharmaceutical research and practice in Nigeria.
The University of East Anglia is a publicly-owned university. What is the rating of the university in the UK?
According to the Complete University Guide University League Table for 2012 and 2013, the University of East Anglia is the 27th best university in the UK. The School of Pharmacy at the University of East Anglia is ranked as No.1 in the UK

"How long can you stay with out séx? Let's be realistic here. Does it really matter who calls or text who first. Does it really matter if you had séx the first time you met? What will be will be!
I just want the right guy and am scared of getting hurt cos when I love I love with all my body and soul. It's so difficult with fame to find a guy dat will love you and trust you. not all women in the industry are loose. Guys and girls dat have more than one gf\bf, do you really love them all?
I can't double date. One guy is enough for me. I will die for true love and I will give my all for true love. You don't have to be cool to be my man and you don't have to be rich to rule my world. All I want is your extra time and your kiss.
I wanna go on a date, go to the movies... God will make a way."

First Muslim Lesbian Couple To Marry In UK First Muslim Lesbian Couple To Marry In UK

Two former students from Pakistan are believed to have become the first Muslim lesbian couple to marry in a civil ceremony in Britain.
14-pakistani
Rehana Kausar, 34, and Sobia Kamar, 29, took their vows at a registry office in Leeds earlier this month before immediately applying for political asylum, it was claimed.
Relatives of the couple said the women, who studied in Birmingham, had received death threats both in the UK and from opponents in their native Pakistan, where homosexual relations are illegal.
During the ceremony the couple reportedly told the registrar that they had met three years ago while studying business and health care management at Birmingham, having travelled to the country on student visas, and had been living together in South Yorkshire for about a year.
Ms Kausar, originally from Lahore, also holds a master’s degree in economics from Punjab University.
“This country allows us rights and it’s a very personal decision that we have taken. It’s no one’s business as to what we do with our personal lives,” she said.
“The problem with Pakistan is that everyone believes he is in charge of other people lives and can best decide about the morals of others but that’s not the right approach. We are in this state because of our clergy, who have hijacked our society, which was once tolerant and respected individuals’ freedoms.”
Homosexual s*x is illegal under Pakistani law. There are also no laws prohibiting discrimination or harassment on the basis of s*xual orientation.
In recent years in Britain, some Muslim gay and lesbian couples have opted for a nikah, an Islamic matrimonial contract, which is officially the reserve of heterosexuals.
These services, conducted in Arabic with additional duas – prayers – are not recognised in the UK unless accompanied by a civil ceremony.
Homosexuality is strictly forbidden in the Islamic faith and the notion of same-s*x marriage is abhorrent to many Muslims.
A relative of one of the women told the Sunday Mercury: “The couple did not have an Islamic marriage ceremony, known as a nikah, as they could not find an imam to conduct what would have been a controversial ceremony.
They have been very brave throughout as our religion does not condone homosexuality. The couple have had their lives threatened both here and in Pakistan and there is no way they could ever return there.”
Ruth Hunt, deputy chief executive for Stonewall, said: “There is a very cautious step towards social visibility for some gay men in Pakistan but lesbians are completely invisible.
Pakistan is not necessarily a safe place for couples to be open about their love.”
The Home Office said it was unable to confirm any details about their political asylum request.

Yvonne Nwosu finally addresses her relationship with Iceprince

Yvonne-Nwosu
Popular fashion designer, Yvonne Nwosu, talked about her tattoos, relationship with rapper, Ice Prince and her baby daddy.
  • Why do you have so much tattoos?
I have about four tattoos and they represent different things. I have some in some undisclosed places but the ones you can see, you can see. I have on my hand, which represents my daughter; she is my angel. The one on my leg is my Leo star sign. The other ones, let’s forget about them.
  • Can you tattoo something about your spouse on your body?
No, I wouldn’t do that. Why would I put the face of my boyfriend on my body? What if he leaves me tomorrow? You know how guys are really. So I can’t just have a guy’s face on my body and tomorrow he goes away. What will happen?
  • What is it like for you, being a mother?
I really love my daughter. I love her so much, she is going to be 10 this year. She doesn’t live in Nigeria, she only comes on holiday. Being a mother is the best thing that has happened to me. It has made me really calm and focused, knowing that I have to work towards something; at the end of the day, build an empire for my daughter, my children, the ones that are going to come after her. I’ve not had pains though, just been happy.
  •
  • Do you not miss her?
I do miss her but she would rather stay in London than stay here in Nigeria. She is staying with her dad. She would rather stay in London.
  • How about her dad and you? What happened?
We are not together anymore, he was my partner but now we are no more together. We met and that was it. We started from there, got along, dated, had a kid, lived together and that was it. We never planned on getting married.
  • Are you in a relationship?
No, I’m very single.
  • Did you ever date Ice Prince?
Ice Prince is just my friend. It has always been that way. It does not matter if I put up pictures. I could put up pictures of anybody. I never said anything, next minute people were saying I’m dating him. I never said anything. I don’t have a boyfriend, he is just my friend.
  • Why did you not debunk the rumours?
Me? You think I have time for Lagos? You think I want to go out there and talk? I don’t have time. I have better things to do, I’ll not go on Twitter and say it’s a lie. Say whatever you want to say, it is my life. I don’t do that.
  • How did you feel when you heard the rumours, didn’t you feel bad?
No, I did not feel bad. He is a good looking guy so why will I feel bad? Do they want to dash me boyfriend? I did not feel bad at all, I let everything be.

Europa League Winners to earn a Champions League spot from 2016

Europa League winners will get a Champions League berth from 2015The governing body has confirmed that the winner of Europe's second competition will be rewarded with a place among the continent's finest
Uefa has announced that the winner of the Europa League will be rewarded with a place in the Champions League the following season from 2015.

The winner of the 2014-15 edition of the competition will be the first team to take advantage of the change as they will enter the 2015-16 Champions League following the decision.

The governing body had long been looking for ways to make the Europa League more attractive and they are confident that awarding the winner a ticket for the top competition will prompt teams to take the tournament more seriously.

"We must do something to improve the Europa League and one way is to have a sporting incentive for the Europa League to qualify for the Champions League," Uefa general secretary Gianni Infantino said.

"The new cycle will begin in 2015."

The Europa League has existed in its current format since 2009-10, with Atletico Madrid, Porto, with Diego Simeone's side claiming a second title in 2012 and Chelsea winning this season's edition.
