Pastor Kumuyi Forgives His Son For His Extravagant Wedding

Seven months after suspending his son, John Kumuyi, for staging what is considered 'an extravagant wedding' in Deeper Life doctrine, Pastor W.F. Kumuyi has re-instated him as a pastor in the church after he and elders of the church forgave John and his wife, who were jointly suspended.

It would be recalled that John had allowed the society to influence him and thus ignored his father's teachings in the preparations for his wedding and the wedding proper. His wife had put on make-up and a séxy wedding dress. They even hired an executive limousine for the wedding that took place in Jamaica.  

Some members of Deeper Life church in Nigeria were outraged by the pictures from the wedding which they aptly described as flamboyant, when compared to what other members of the church are permitted to wear for their own wedding in the same church. Anyway, Pastor John has apologized and the church elders have all forgiven him. So, it's now case closed!
